What You'll Do
As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll provide the personalized support that helps our clients continue living safely and independently at home.
Depending on the client's individual needs, you may:
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and everyday activities
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities
- Follow individualized care plans
- Document services provided and communicate important observations to the care team
- Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families
